Battlegrounds Mobile India is giving rewards to players who faced issues with purchasing the Daily Special Bundle between July 13 and July 16. Developer Krafton shared the details for these rewards on the official website stating that the rewards have started appearing for players.

Battlegrounds Mobile India was launched officially on July 2 and soon after received its first major content update. While the update brought a lot of new features to the game, it introduced some problems as well.

Several players were reporting issues with purchasing the Daily Special Bundle in the immensely popular Battlegrounds Mobile India. Now the game developers are offering rewards to players who faced these issues between July 13 and July 16.

Krafton, the developer behind PUB-G and Battlegrounds Mobile India shared the details for these rewards on the official website. It stated that the rewards have started appearing for players. The official statement by Krafton reads, “Dear BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA fans, We would like to provide you the rewards for those who experience the Daily Special Bundle purchase error we notified you previously on July 14.”

Although Xiaomi did not reveal how many models will be launched under the Mi Pad 5 series, several certification websites and leaks have suggested that Xiaomi might launch three models under the Mi Pad 5 series.

The design of the Mi Pad 5 series has been shared by many tipsters and websites but none revealed whether the tablet would come with a stylus or not. The launch poster that has been released by Xiaomi shows a stylus with the tablet. It is however not confirmed whether Xiaomi will sell the stylus separately or include it with the tablet. As far as the design is concerned, the leaks reveal that the tablet will have rounded edges, a sleek metal frame and rounded edges. On the rear, a large camera sensor along with an LED flashlight can also be seen. This was all about the design, let us have a look at the specifications of the Mi Pad 5 in detail.

As mentioned previously, Xiaomi may launch three models under the Mi Pad 5 series and the leaks reveal that two of them may be powered by the Snapdragon 870 SoC. The third one could have a Snapdragon 860 chipset, as revealed by noted tipster Mukul Sharma. All the tablets are expected to come with the same screen size. It is expected to feature 10.9 inch LCDs with support for a 120Hz high refresh rate. In terms of the camera, the tablet may come with a 12-megapixel primary camera. The tipster further revealed that the tablets will come with support for 5G.

In a Thursday night decision, US District Judge Rodney Gilstrap said Personalized Media Communications LLC (PMC) intentionally delayed filing its application with the US Patent and Trademark Office, hoping to obtain a larger payout.

“This court takes very seriously the prospect of disturbing the unanimous verdict of a duly empaneled jury,” but PMC’s “deliberate strategy of delay” was a “conscious and egregious misuse of the statutory patent system,” Gilstrap wrote.

Realme has been teasing its upcoming laptop called the Realme Book for quite some time now. Most recently, it showed off a blue colour variant with a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack on the right side. The laptop is expected to be offered in three colours — Real Apricot, Real Blue, and Real Grey.

Tipster Digital Char Station (translated) has shared on Weibo that the laptop will come with a 14-inch display and be powered by an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor. It’s a quad-core chipset part of Intel’s Tiger Lake series and is based on the 10nm architecture and has a maximum turbo clock speed of 4.20GHz. The processor supports DDR4 and LPDDR4x RAM up to 64GB. The Realme Book has been tipped to feature 11th Gen Intel Core i3 and Core i5 processors in past as well.

The pricing of the Realme Book was tipped to start under Rs. 40,000, which means the base variant — likely equipped with an 11th Gen Intel Core i3 processor — will cost under Rs. 40,000. There is no official word on pricing yet.

Reliance Jio has announced a new feature for JioFiber users which will let them use their smart TVs for video calling. The telecom giant has announced a new feature called “camera on cable”. The feature would let users make video calls from their TVs using their Android smartphones, iPhones. To use the feature, users will be required to download the JioJoin app. Jio off late had announced many offers for its prepaid users, JioPhone users. The telecom giant is currently offering buy one, get one free offer on most iPhone plans.

If you are a JioFiber user, you will have to download the JioJoin app from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Post downloading the app, users will be required to download a 10-digit JioFiber number. This would allow your phone to become a companion device for your Jio Fiber connection virtually. Using this feature, users can turn their mobile phone into a webcam and place it alongside the TV to make video calls. The video calling is enabled through JioFiber Voice which comes bundled with JioFiber.

Reliance says that JioFiberVoice is different as compared to the traditional landline experience.

Once you have entered all the details, you can enable the ‘Camera on Mobile’ feature on the JioJoin app. This would help you turn your mobile phone into a web camera. For battery clarity and connectivity, Jio had recommended users switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi band on their modems. The Jio Join app can be downloaded on Android phones running 6.0 and newer and iOS 10.0

This feature would be beneficial for Smart TVs that do not come with in-bulit web cameras, but brands like OnePlus and Xiaomi have come up with smart TVs that have in-built web cameras. However, if your TV does not have a web camera, you will not be required to buy a new one as you can turn your phone into a webcam using the Jio Join app.
